ORDERS PLACED AFTER 10AM ON A FRIDAY WILL BE SHIPPED ON MONDAY. DELIVERY TO THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, NORTHERN ISLAND AND CERTAIN OTHER POSTCODES WILL TAKE IN 48 HOURS TO ARRIVE.

Parcels must NOT be left in a safe place.
If the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, the cost to re-ship your order will be £10. This amount includes the parcel return charge that we have to pay, because of the failed delivery attempts. If you do not want your parcel to be re-shipped, there is a cost of £4.50 to cover the charge for the parcel being returned to us. Delivery costs are non-refundable. We charge a £10 admin fee, which covers us for packaging and time.

BARREL HIRE
DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS ARE MADE WITHIN OUR OPEN SHOP HOURS. IF YOU REQUIRE THE BARRELS TO BE DELIVERED, PLEASE NOTE THEY ARE DELIVERED DOOR TO DOOR I.E WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MOVE THEM ONCE OFFLOADED. IF YOU NEED THEM MOVED INTO POSITION, YOU WOULD NEED TO ARRANGE THIS.
CANCELLATION - SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR BARREL HIRE, PLEASE NOTE ONLY 50% OF THE TOTAL BARREL HIRE COST WILL BE REFUNDED. IF YOU CANCEL 7 DAYS BEFOR EYOUR EVENT, WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A REFUND.
RETURNS
SPRAY PAINTS AND INKS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
YOU CAN RETURN UNUSED ITEMS (CLOTHING) WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE FOR IN STORE CREDIT. IF MORE THAN 14 DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, THEN THE ITEMS CAN NO LONGER BE RETURNED TO US. ITEMS TO BE RETURNED SHOULD BE IN AN UNUSED CONDITION AND IN ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED PACKAGING.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURNED ITEMS UNTIL THEY REACH US, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE A TRACKED SERVICE FOR RETURNING THESE ITEMS - OGES LTD WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOST ITEMS.
THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE RETURN OF ANY FAULTY ITEMS OR ITEMS SENT IN ERROR, AS LONG AS YOU NOTIFY US WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
